Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills; medication management experience preferred.
• Proficient with EHR and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and, when needed, virtual supervision during infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor responses to therapies.
• Educate patients and families about treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate nursing records in the EHR and uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
• Assist with inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Support multiple facilities within the designated market as needed.
