Job summary

The position is a 36-hour week with four 9-hour shifts (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) and one weekend rotation per month. Requires RN licensure, BLS, IV access proficiency, EMR experience, and vaccination per policy.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Proficient IV access across all types.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Must be fully vaccinated per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and health histories.
• Administer medications.
• Assess patient adherence to medications and appointments.
• Demonstrate competency in venipuncture, IV fluids, and vascular access care.
• Coordinate care with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Supervise care delivered by other health staff.
• Monitor vital signs and administer SQ/IM injections.
