Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Infusion Nurse to join our Eugene, Oregon team.

This role involves coordinating and delivering intermediate nursing care in patients’ homes or infusion suites, under physician orders, with a focus on safety, documentation, and patient education. The position requires an active RN license in the practice state, a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and education to patients and families.
• Coordinates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care and timely documentation.
• Prepares discharge planning and patient instructions with accuracy.
• Mentors other nurses and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
