Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse (RN) to support patients in an infusion suite and other care settings. This part-time role (16-24 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling and local travel opportunities, with a focus on compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state of practice, a nursing degree, IV certification, and 2+ years RN experience in home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar settings.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• Nursing degree from accredited program.
• IV certification with central line management experience.
• 2+ years RN experience in home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line care
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
• Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care
• Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams
• Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards
