Job summary

Compass Oncology is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Infusion Oncology team across OR clinics in Clackamas, Tigard, and Rose Quarter. Oncology/infusion experience is preferred, with strong multi-tasking and patient-centered care.

Employment type is Per Diem/On-Call up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, managing patient flow, venipuncture and port access, administering medications, and documenting care while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
• Dual OR/WA licensure within 6 months of start date.
• Chemo/immunotherapy provider card is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with exams and procedures.
• Maintain efficient patient flow in exam rooms.
• Assess patient condition and respond to changes in labs or imaging.
• Administer medications and blood products per protocol.
• Document nursing assessments and teaching in patient chart.
• Communicate with physician and coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Maintain confidentiality and OSHA compliance.
