Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.
• Associate or Diploma in Nursing is acceptable with experience.
• RN license in good standing, AZ or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and ethics.
• Administer medications, start/maintain IVs, monitor, and document.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop patient plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and home care.
