Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Registered Infusion Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in clients’ homes, following each Plan of Care and state nurse practice acts.

You will perform home infusions, monitor vitals, document in electronic health records, and counsel patients and families. Candidates should hold an unrestricted RN license, IV insertion skills, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation; on‑site training is provided.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state applying.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; critical care preferred.
• IV insertion skills required.
• Infusion experience in home or clinical setting preferred; on-site training provided.
• Physical and TB screen within the last year.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car and auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.

Responsibilities

Registered Infusion Nurse (RN) Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act, in the clients home
• Perform infusions in the home setting
• Monitor patient’s condition and complete vitals
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of electronic health record compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
