Job summary

BrightStar Care of Springfield/Decatur is seeking an Administrative/Infusion RN to perform in-home infusion and nursing assessments across our region. This role requires travel within the region and completion of care as defined by the client’s Plan of Care, while maintaining compliance with state nurse practice acts.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, infusion experience in home or clinical settings, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state applying.
• At least 1 year nursing experience; critical care preferred.
• IV insertion skills required.
• Infusion experience in home or clinical setting.
• CPR certification current.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Reliable car and auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Physical and TB screen within the last year.

• Assures proper maintenance of electronic health record compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Other RN tasks as needed

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
