BrightStar Care - Anchorage is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home nursing care. You will work in clients' homes following each Plan of Care and state regulations, providing IVIG under supervision.

The role emphasizes one-to-one patient care, documentation, and family counseling, with flexibility for weekend/evening shifts and continuous education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applying state.
• At least 1 year nursing experience.
• IVIG experience in home care setting preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• Clear background and TB screen within last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per Plan of Care in patients' homes.
• Perform IVIG in home setting as prescribed.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising clinician.
• Deliver services requiring advanced nursing skills.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per regulations.
• Counsel client and family on nursing needs.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Duties:

• Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’snurse practice act, in the clients home
• Perform IVIG in the home setting
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state andfederal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in state for which you are applying.
• 1 year experience.
