Job summary

Independent Health in Williamsville, NY, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician–Infusion and Replenishment to support infusion patients and maintain pharma supplies. Under a pharmacist’s supervision, you will assist with infusion orders, maintenance of pumps, and replenishment tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in a high-volume pharmacy, and preferred IV/pump experience. The position is hybrid with onsite attendance at Williamsville and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a high-volume pharmacy or equivalent setting.
• Prior institutional experience with pumps, IV equipment, home infusion, or product purchasing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient records, including infusion orders.
• Assist in appointment coordination for infusion patients.
• Set up, package, and label medication doses.
• Process equipment and supply orders.
• Package and ship specialty prescriptions, infusion orders, product returns, and equipment for maintenance.
• Maintain infusion pump maintenance logs and coordinate replacements.
