Capital Health is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for the Infusion Satellite Pharmacy in Hopewell, NJ. This full-time role directs daily pharmacy operations, staff supervision, and ensures safe medication management in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will have PharmD, NJ pharmacist license, and experience with USP 797/800 guidelines; BPS/PGY1 are preferred. ASHP residency experience and sterile product certification are also favored.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with PharmD or equivalent.
• Active New Jersey Pharmacist License.
• PGY1 Pharmacy Residency preferred.
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification preferred.
• Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Sterile product certification preferred.
• 2 hours of Stroke related Continuing Education contact hours annually

Responsabilités

• Supervises dispensing of medications and ADC refills in coordination with Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensures clean room and compounded sterile product procedures are followed.
• Maintains smooth operations and workflow in the pharmacy.
• Coordinates staff scheduling for continuous service.
• Performs staff orientation, recruitment support, and annual competency evaluations.
• Promotes patient safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
