Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
• PharmD or equivalent; NJ Pharmacist license active.
• BPS certification preferred; ASHP residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises dispensing of all medications and ADC refills with Pharmacy Manager coordination.
• Ensures clean room and CSP procedures are followed and documented.
• Maintains smooth operations and workflow in the pharmacy.
• Coordinates scheduling and staff development for pharmacists and technicians.
• Performs staff orientation, ongoing training, and annual competency checks.
