Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments including pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies, communicate with owners and corporate office on finance, performance, and clinical implementation of therapies. You will supervise and develop staff, manage improvements, and maintain USP knowledge to ensure sterile compounding quality.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree in good standing with the GA Board.
• Strong communication with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable business.
• Preferred: three (3) years clinical experience.
• Preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Managements and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees across departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on provision of healthcare by professionals.
• Resolves questions and issues for departments and staff.
• Implements and upholds company policies and protocols for service.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Maintains knowledge of USP <797> for sterile compounding quality and sterility.
• Responsible for performance improvement processes and staff assignments.
• Reviews charts and lab results for acceptance, device selection, and supply management.
• Evaluates physician medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness and safety.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates results to physicians and healthcare team.
• Supervises pharmacy staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Assists in training and orientation of new employees and improvements activities.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
