Clear Concepts, Inc. in Decatur, GA seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, administrative, and sales functions. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage finances, and communicate with owners and the corporate office on key issues.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and strategic planning to improve care quality and profitability. Experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication with staff, referral sources, physicians, and patients.
• Strong written and verbal customer service and advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable pharmacy business.
• Preferred: 3 years clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing pharmacy support staff.
• Preferred: At least 1 year infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: Sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain the physical organization of the pharmacy.
• Liaise between Board of Management and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees across departments.
• Uphold regulatory mandates on healthcare provision.
• Resolve questions and issues for departments and staff.
• Implement and uphold policies and protocols for service to consumers.
• Participate in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care.
• Maintain knowledge of USP <797> for sterile compounding quality.
• Lead performance improvement across management, clinical, operational areas.
• Review charts and lab results for acceptance and product/ device decisions.
• Evaluate physician orders for safety, cost-effectiveness, accuracy.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate results to the physician team.
• Supervise staff in proper compounding, packaging, labeling.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees and programs.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
