Zaddy Solutions in Decatur, GA seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee pharmacy, admin, and sales operations in line with regulatory and organizational policies. You will evaluate finances and communicate with owners on performance, finance, and clinical implementation of therapies.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and financial acumen to drive revenue, quality, and compliant practice across departments.

Competenze

• Must have a B.S or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding of operating a profitable pharmacy.
• Preferred: Three years clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience managing pharmacy support staff.
• Preferred: Infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience; sterile compounding training.

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as a liaison between the Board of Management and staff.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Upholds regulatory mandates on the provision of health care by professionals.
• Resolves questions, problems, and issues across departments.
• Implements and upholds company policies, procedures, and protocols for consumers.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Maintains USP <797> knowledge to assure quality and sterility of compounded preparations.
• Oversees performance improvement processes and assigns staff to activities.
• Reviews charts and lab results for acceptance and device/supply decisions.
• Evaluates physician medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness and safety.
• Monitors patient progress and communicates findings to the physician and team.
• Supervises pharmacy staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Assists in training and orientation of new employees and educational programs.
• Participates in on-call rotation as needed.
