Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee pharmacy, administrative, and sales departments in compliance with regulations and internal policies. The role includes financial oversight and strategic collaboration with owners and corporate office.

The candidate should have a GA-Board-eligible B.S. or PharmD, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in infusion therapies and sterile compounding.

Qualifications

• Must hold B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills and analytical business sense.
• Basic business and financial understanding to operate a profitable pharmacy.
• Clinical experience is preferred (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Maintain the physical organization and operation of the pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between Board of Management and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees across departments.
• Uphold regulatory mandates on healthcare provision by professionals.
• Implement and uphold company policies and service protocols.
• Lead strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile compounding quality.
• Lead performance improvement processes and assign staff to initiatives.
• Review charts and lab results for therapeutic appropriateness and safety.
• Coordinate physician orders for safety, cost, and accuracy.
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
