Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee pharmacy, administrative, and sales operations in Columbia, SC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role includes financial oversight, performance improvement, and clinical program implementation.

Required: Doctor of Pharmacy or B.S. degree in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy, strong leadership and customer service skills, and solid business understanding.

Qualifications

• B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, physicians, and patients
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills
• Solid understanding of business finances and profitability of a pharmacy
• Preferred: three years clinical experience
• Preferred: experience managing pharmacy support staff
• Preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience
• Preferred: sterile compounding training

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
• Maintain and organize the physical pharmacy environment
• Act as liaison between management and staff
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees across departments
• Ensure regulatory mandates in care provision
• Resolve questions and issues across departments
• Implement and uphold company policies and protocols for services
• Participate in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile products
• Lead performance improvement processes and staff assignments
• Review charts and lab results for therapeutic appropriateness and safety
• Monitor patient progress and communicate results to physicians and team
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling across the pharmacy staff
• Assist in training and onboarding of new employees
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed
