LUX Infusion is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead the licensed location in Belleville, IL. The role requires an active pharmacist license and will oversee clinical and distributive pharmacy activities, ensuring safe patient care and adherence to policy.

The Pharmacist in Charge will manage staff, coordinate drug procurement and inventory, and collaborate with care teams to optimize therapy outcomes. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with PharmD preferred or BS pharmacy as a minimum.
• License must be in good standing in the states where the pharmacy operates.
• Experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or relevant clinical hospital pharmacy is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe and appropriate pharmacy services per policies and state regulations.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise staff.
• Assure inventory management and product procurement.
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for licensed location and interface with state Boards.
• Perform patient assessments and drug therapy management in collaboration with prescribers.
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality standards and accreditation requirements.
