Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Illinois seeks an Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead day-to-day infusion operations, supervise staff, and partner with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to ensure access, reimbursement accuracy, and high-quality infusion services.

The role reports to the Director of Pharmacy, requires PharmD and IL license, and at least 5 years pharmacist experience with 3 years in leadership; travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Current Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacist experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience within specialty, infusion, ambulatory, or related healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight for Infusion Pharmacy services, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Supervise pharmacy staff to achieve operational, quality, financial, and service excellence goals.
• Monitor KPI metrics and elevate trends to the Director of Pharmacy.
• Support policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization.
