Job summary

LUX Infusion in Plantation, FL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our clinician-led team. You will provide clinical pharmacy services, oversee sterile compounding, and support safe, compliant patient care in a fast-paced infusion setting.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to review orders, manage therapy plans, train staff, and drive improvements while delivering patient-centered care that aligns with our IDEA values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS in Pharmacy preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Florida.
• Ability to evaluate and monitor drug therapy relative to the total needs and clinical conditions of home care patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and effective drug therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
