Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Pharmacist to support our Norcross, GA Specialty Infusion Pharmacy. The role focuses on sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for infusion therapies, with a team-oriented approach to patient care and service.

The position requires Georgia licensure, IV compounding experience, and a background in infusion pharmacotherapy. The team collaborates across nursing, reimbursement, and marketing to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience with a specialty home infusion company, or hospital IV room responsibilities.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or active R.Ph license with clinical experience.
• Active Georgia state licensure in good standing.
• CPR+/Care Tend proficiency desired.
• Excellent clinical and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring for infusion therapies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal rules and accrediting standards.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate services with nursing, admissions, reimbursement, and sales for efficient patient care.
• Support QA and performance improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to training of new staff and residents as needed.
• Assist with clinical reviews of marketing materials and programs as required.
• Support procurement and inventory control procedures.
