Job summary

USA Staffing Network is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager in Norcross, GA to oversee operations at a specialty infusion pharmacy. The role requires a PharmD or R.Ph, active licensure, and leadership to direct pharmacy services.

Salary range is $130,000–$160,000 with a Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm schedule. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) match, education support, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience preferred.
• Pharm D or R.Ph with clinical experience.
• Active state licensure in applicable state.
• Post graduate training.
• Minimum 7 years Pharmacist experience, preferably direct compounding.
• CPR certification is desired.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directs pharmacy and operations functions to ensure effective operations.
• Demonstrates understanding of USP 797 and USP 800 standards and state BOP regulations.
• Oversees compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.
• Ensures all operations meet licensing and standards requirements.
• Prepares prescriptions, solutions, and medications accurately and promptly.
• Interacts with physicians and referral sources as required.
• Manages on-call schedule for pharmacists and covers as needed.
• Handles hiring, training, performance reviews, and payroll for direct reports.
