Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Therapy Care Specialist to support specialty infusion patients in the Norcross, GA area. The role involves working under a pharmacist to oversee logistics, capture assessment data, and coordinate care across the patient care continuum.

Responsibilities include acting as the liaison for patients and branch staff, scheduling deliveries, running reports, and ensuring insurance authorizations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician license required in Alabama.
• Prior experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Customer service/patient services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and coordinate medication dispense and delivery.
• Under supervision of pharmacists, capture assessment data and schedule deliveries.
• Run daily/weekly pharmacy reports as needed.
• Handle calls, faxes, and refill queues; coordinate with physicians for signatures.
• Maintain patient insurance coverage and pursue authorizations.
