Job Summary

Our client is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join their team, focusing on ensuring safe, cost-effective, and appropriate medication care. The role involves evaluating clinical and medication orders, compounding, dispensing, and providing expert consultation to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical & Medication Order Evaluation: Review, interpret, and optimize physician drug orders, patient medical histories, pharmacokinetic dosing, and lab results.
• Compounding & Dispensing: Perform computer order entry, compound sterile IV admixtures, and manage the labeling and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
• Communication & Clinical Consultation: Provide technical and drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients, leading care management and supervising pharmacy support staff.

Qualifications

• Holds Pharmacist License in Michigan and Texas

Additional Requirements

• Part-Time or Full-Time, flexible hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
