Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join their team. The ideal candidate will work primarily in the cleanroom and contribute to process development like SOPs. This role requires a licensed Pharmacist in Missouri who is willing to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a lead pharmacist primarily in the cleanroom.
• Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs and processes.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy compounding guidelines for both sterile and non-sterile preparations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Missouri Pharmacist License.
• Industry experience in a compounding pharmacy, such as 503A experience.
• Experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding & batch records.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Preferred: Licenses in additional states like NY, CA, OH, or experience with 503B compounding.

Skills

• Proficiency in sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Schedule/Shift

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, possible shifts from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
