Job summary

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Utah.
- BLS certification for healthcare providers.
- Completion of a recent CNA training program within the past year.
- Fundamentals of Nursing course with passing grade within two years.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and deliver basic patient care including toileting, bathing, and mobility.
- Document patient care findings promptly and report changes to RN.
- Monitor patients and respond to care needs on the unit.
- Transport medications from delivery system to RN.
- Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to ensure care.
- May serve as Health Unit Coordinator handling phones and orders.
- Follow safety policies and emergency procedures.
