Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care, including toileting, bathing, linen changes, and comfort measures.
• Report and record patient care findings in a timely manner; monitor patient condition and respond quickly.
• May perform telemetry duties and assist RN; transport medications as needed.
• May assume health unit coordinator duties such as phones, orders, and unit records.
