Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring an experienced Oncology Infusion Nurse for the Northwest Community Hospital Infusion Center in Arlington Heights, IL. The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, with three weekday shifts and occasional weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1 year RN experience required; 1 year oncology/infusion experience preferred.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure required.
• BLS/CPR (American Heart Association) required.
• OCN/ONS certification required or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise diagnoses and interventions as needed.
• Perform patient assessments and collect health data from patient, family, and care team.
• Communicate plan of care to patient, family, and physician; document data and communications.
• Provide patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs and cultural background.
