Option Care Health is seeking a licensed RN for a per diem Infusion Nurse II role in Hickory, NC. You will coordinate and provide intermediate nursing care in the home or infusion suite under physician orders, ensuring safety and compliance with a structured supervisor.

This position requires travel to patient locations as needed and active CPR certification. Responsibilities include administering treatments, documenting care in real-time, and mentoring Infusion Nurse I.

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Required licensure to operate a motor vehicle with access to a vehicle for business travel.

Mansioni

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Provides training to Infusion Nurse I as needed.
• Communicates with clinical team, medical providers, patients, and families.
• Documents visits in real-time for billing and care coordination.
