Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is a leading home infusion provider delivering intermediate care in patients' homes and infusion suites nationwide. The Infusion Nurse II role supports patient safety under a physician's plan of care, with structured supervision and opportunities to mentor Infusion Nurse I.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, education, documentation, and collaboration with the Clinical team to ensure continuity of care and timely billing. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• BSN preferred; infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient status, documents care, and educates patients and families.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I as needed.
• Communicates with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care and timely billing.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares summaries with patient instructions.
• Performs duties in compliance with policies, regulations, and HIPAA.
