Job summary

Option Care Health in Florida is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care. You will deliver treatments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and continuity of care with real-time charting.

This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use nursing technology tools.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home/infusion suite.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Monitors patient status and adjusts plan of care per physician orders.
• Ensures accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
