Qualifikationen

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and revises plans with physician orders as needed.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I as required.
• Communicates effectively with clinical teams, patients, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
