Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite. You will implement plans of care, administer treatments and medications, and educate patients and families under supervision.

Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1+ year nursing experience. Travel by vehicle is required, with strong communication across clinical teams to ensure safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have license to operate a motor vehicle with access to a vehicle for business travel.
• Ability to use nursing technology tools and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care for patients in home or infusion suite.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Communicates effectively with the Clinical team and physicians to coordinate care.
• Prepares real-time clinical documentation for billing and compliance.
• Provides supervision/mentorship to Infusion Nurse I as needed.
