Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, under a physician plan of care. You will work under the supervision of a designated supervisor to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate holds an active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice, with 1 year of nursing experience and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Provides direct patient care in home or infusion suite settings.
• Documents care in real-time and communicates with clinical teams.
