Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate nursing care for patients at home or in an infusion suite, under supervision. You will perform treatments, administer medications, and educate patients and families while ensuring safety and continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with CPR certification. Travel may be required to patient homes or sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes direct patient care, performs treatments and educates patients and families.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide discharge summaries with patient instructions.
