The role includes education for patients and families, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year of nursing experience; infusion preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Documents all care in real-time for billing and compliance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and follow-up with care team.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I and supports on-call responsibilities.
