Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and adjusts care as required.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents care in real-time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries.
