Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements infusion care plans and treatments.
• Performs nursing visits, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents care in real time during visits.
• Ensures adherence to policies, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
• Assists with discharge planning and coordination of care when applicable.
• Trainees Infusion Nurse I and provides mentorship as needed.
