Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home, or in an alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care.

Works under structured supervision of the designated supervisor. The role requires an active RN license in the state of practice, and a minimum of 1 year nursing experience, with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides intermediate nursing care per plan of treatment.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises plans as needed.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Educates patients and families for independence with prescribed therapy.
• Maintains timely, accurate clinical documentation for billing and care continuity.
• Assists with discharge planning and reports patient care needs on transfer.
