Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• CPR certification current; willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
• BSN or higher preferred; relevant infusion/home health experience valued.
• Strong patient education, documentation, and telecommunication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients, caregivers, and facilities about OCH services and product use.
• Coordinate with sales and clinical teams to support patient transitions and care plans.
• Conduct in-home, facility, or virtual education ensuring safe care transition.
• Prepare real-time clinical documentation and discharge planning summaries.
