Job summary

Always Compassionate Health in New York is seeking Licensed Home Infusion Nurses (RN) to perform patient visits, initiate care, and supervise staff across Putnam and Dutchess Counties. Infusion experience and NYS RN license are required.

You will collaborate with the Infusion Intake Team to ensure smooth initiation of infusion care in patients' homes. Responsibilities include assessments, PIV/PICC/port care, infusion therapy administration, patient education, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full-time RN experience in home infusion, hospital, or clinic
• Infusion experience required (IV/SQIG and biologics)
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• HIPAA regulations knowledge
• Able to read clinical orders and participate in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits to initiate care and perform follow-ups
• Provide infusion therapy preparation and administration
• Educate patients and families on therapy administration
• Ensure patient safety, monitoring, and documentation
• Precept new nurses and evaluate their skills
• Coordinate with infusion intake and other staff for seamless initiation of care
