Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per-diem home infusion visits across the Hudson Valley (Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia). The role focuses on initiating and managing infusion therapy in patients' homes, with emphasis on venous access, IV/SQIG infusions, and patient safety.

Qualified candidates hold a NYS RN license, are comfortable with clinical documentation in a paperless system, and have infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Infusion experience is REQUIRED; home infusion setting preferred.
• Proficient nursing assessment, IV therapy, and venous access.
• Ability to educate patients and families on infusion procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform home infusion visits to initiate patient care and follow-up.
• Administer infusion therapies and manage IV lines as needed (PIV, PICC, port access a plus).
• Educate patients/families on therapy administration and safety.
• Maintain clear clinical documentation and coordinate with infusion team.
