Job summary

Vivo Infusion in Aurora, CO is seeking a motivated Clinical Service Specialist to join our infusion team. The part-time position emphasizes scheduling, authorizations, benefits verification, and patient care coordination in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include front-end operations, invoicing support, and coordinating follow-up treatments with care teams, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and strong communication with staff and providers.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or medical office experience preferred.
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Intermediate typing skills (50+ wpm) and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations of the infusion center, including calls, greeting patients, payments, and mail handling.
• Review cancellations, reschedule treatments, and communicate changes to clinical staff.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to process invoices and payments.
• Schedule follow-up infusions with the Patient Care Navigator team.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance and coordinate with referring providers.
