LUX Infusion in Belleville, IL is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead clinical pharmacy services for infusion therapies onsite. You will review orders, supervise sterile compounding, and guide care plans while collaborating with clinicians to ensure safe, effective treatment.

The role emphasizes accountability, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Onsite schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of IL.
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in an acute care setting or one year of recent home infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.
• Ability to evaluate and monitor drug therapy relative to the total needs and clinical conditions of home care patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and effective drug therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Participation and membership in professional pharmacy societies and organizations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated dependable attendance and consistent job performance.
