Job summary

LUX Infusion is hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Belleville, IL to provide clinical pharmacy services, oversee sterile compounding, and support safe, compliant patient care. You’ll review orders, participate in rounds, manage records, and mentor staff in a fast-paced infusion setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Master of Science in Pharmacy preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of IL.

Responsibilities

• Review infusion orders and patient therapies.
• Participate in clinical rounds.
• Perform sterile compounding and TPN review.
• Maintain patient records and care plans.
• Ensure USP and cleanroom compliance.
• Train and support staff.
• Drive operational improvements.
