Job summary

LUX Infusion, a clinician-led U.S.-based infusion care company, seeks a Staff Pharmacist to join onsite operations in Syracuse, NY. You will provide clinical pharmacy services, oversee sterile compounding, and help ensure safe, effective patient care throughout our specialty infusion programs.

In this role you’ll review orders, participate in clinical rounds, support care teams, and mentor staff while upholding USP standards and compliant pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required.
• PharmD or MSc in Pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review infusion orders and patient therapies.
• Participate in clinical rounds.
• Perform sterile compounding and TPN review.
• Maintain patient records and care plans.
• Ensure USP and cleanroom compliance.
• Train and support staff.
• Drive operational improvements.
