Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a focused Specialty Sales Representative to promote infusion capabilities across physician offices within a territory. You will drive demand, build relationships, and execute in-person call plans with CRM support.

The role requires 2–5 years in healthcare sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 90% within the territory. A valid license and CRM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience needed.
• CRM usage to track sales activity and engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians and staff.
• Partner with clinical/administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls and maintain activity as per plan.
• Document sales activities in CRM timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and onboarding.
