Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. is seeking an Infusion Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for infusion patients, coordinating care from initial consultation through ongoing treatment.

The role emphasizes scheduling, provider coordination, and ensuring treatment readiness to deliver an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, maintain treatment intervals, and support clinical and nursing staff while navigating electronic health records

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Experience in insurance eligibility and benefits
• Prior authorization experience
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Experience in medical or insurance field
• NextGen experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for infusion patients and coordinate care.
• Schedule all infusion and injection appointments and coordinate related visits.
• Verify required documentation and treatment clearance before scheduling.
• Support providers during infusion consultations and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Manage infusion-related EHR messages and document patient communications.
