Soleo Health seeks a Full-time Infusion Care Coordinator (Patient Ambassador) in Norcross, GA. This on-site role handles data entry for clinical information, coordinates nursing schedules, and supports billing and referrals to ensure seamless patient care.

The Patient Ambassador will engage with patients after AIS visits, manage scheduling for the nursing team, and serve as a key liaison among internal departments and external partners to promote programs and maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare scheduling.
• Experience in home infusion preferred.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• On-site work with patients in a clinical setting.
• Proficient with data entry and basic office software.

Responsabilités

• Enter clinical information into the management system for billing.
• Coordinate nursing department scheduling and patient care activities.
• Respond to incoming calls and referrals; promote agency programs.
• Contact referral sources and patients to obtain required information.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient scheduling and care coordination.
• Serve as main contact for referral activity across departments.
