Job summary

InfuCare Rx in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead the reimbursements process for our infusion services. You will train staff on CPR+ and collection workflows, submit claims, and actively reduce days sales outstanding while ensuring accurate billing.

You will collaborate with insurance companies and patients, review denials, and help improve processes to optimize revenue. Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and CPT/HCPCS coding is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid home infusion billing is a plus.
• Experience with CPR+ infusion billing software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and trains employees on the Collections Team.
• Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and prepare appeals or corrected claims.
• Review EOBs and manage receivables.
• Develop and implement new processes to reduce DSO.
• Bill payor and patient responsibility amounts accurately and timely.
• Handle patient and insurer billing inquiries.
• Assist with PBM and Medical Claim Audits.
